These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kk444 ("kk444", "the Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the kk444 website at kk444.im, including all associated products, services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the Platform.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must:

3. Cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation conducted by kk444.

kk444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kk444 does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee of Rs 500 per month, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

kk444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. Deposits are typically credited to your kk444 balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the verified payment method on file. kk444 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Within one (1) business day of approval.

Any such conduct will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account suspension.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, kk444 will investigate and apply the following resolution principles:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kk444 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any kk444 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on kk444 content.
• Use the kk444 brand name, logo, or trade marks in any commercial context.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the underlying source code of the Platform.

kk444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on the kk444 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

kk444 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

Where kk444's liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of kk444 to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kk444 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
